  1. We sometimes consider slimming down just due to the appearance, but it's nothing like that. I took a physician and saw which i had diabetes and hypertension, I made a decision to shed weight immediately. Used to do an effective diet and that i lost 23 pounds. This diet is here now https://t.co/RexZBuXPSH

  2. My buddies first introduced me towards the diet "fizy amazing plan", and I googled it. My entire life has improved for the better after I lost 14 lbs by following this plan!. Try this yourself, hope you will enjoy it like me.

  3. After being on keto for 3mts it's hard for me to even eat carbs. Most days I barely get 20 and virtually no sugar. I tend to feel great and I also find it hard to even get 2000cal a day. Most days I'm not even hungry which is crazy because I work on my feet and I work out 5-6 times a week

  4. I am suffering in bulimia. Well ,but i am not sure that isit i suffer in bulimia or i just like to crave for high carbs high sugar food. Example like bread biscuits. I crave for bread n biscuit until i gain weight more than10kg in a week.. i can eat non stop even though i am not hungry and feeling full. I want to start ketogenic diet to lose weight and i tried. But it seem cant work on me because i will crave for sugary food crAzily. is there any solution to solve my problem?

  5. Not everyone should eat a high fat diet. Research Dr. Nicolas Gonzalez, a successful cancer doctor who said that the reason people get cancer is because they eat the wrong diet for their genetic type. He was extremely successful at curing cancer and prescribed some people high meat diets, and others needed to avoid meat. It's based on your genetics and autonomic nervous system type.

If you try high fat and feel horrible, it's because it's not for you. I did keto and shredded up. I loved the way my body looked and my mind was clear but it was obvious it wasn't good for me.

  6. I definitely think there are a lot of benefits to a Ketogenic Diet. As for me, I adopted a raw, organic Vegan diet many years ago and it has restored my health completely. There are benefits in various types of diets. We should take the best from each one and try it out to see how it works for us as an individual. What works for one does not necessarily work for someone else.

  7. I posted this on my FB page. There are a lot of good points in this interview. It makes sense. I would like to learn more about this. If this diet boost human growth hormone, how does it affect someone with chrones disease? Can someone with diabetes 1 or 2 do this diet?

  8. My older brother Mathew speaks much on these principles. however, he overloads me at times with way to much information in short sessions. I really like how the questions here are answered in concise to the point w/out out so much additional chemistry level jargon that can easily overwhelm the beginner. Thank you for the information and these well organized interviews 🙂 Michael.

  9. Awesome broadcast! Everyday I feel better everyday. This truly is life changing for the better, my inflammation is almost gone, it is enjoyable eating high fat low carb. I know now how damaging sugar is now that I am off it.

  10. Sorry? What were the 7 steps again? I listened to the whole thing and got a lot of useful complex tips. Thanks for this. However, it's mis-titled to call this "7 easy steps". I seriously have no idea what the 7 easy steps are after listening to the whole thing.

"You just need to do the research"
"You need to find out what works for you"
"Just like learning anything else, there's a learning curve."

This is the kind of advice that this video is loaded with. Which is great advice. Just not "easy steps"

  11. Great great great podcast, so much good information in there. To all the Muppets in the comments put this on repeat until it sinks in its pretty easy to understand. Trust me if you are having MCT oil you will not be constipated at all. Thanks

  12. my bro studied medicine n he said the 2 or 3 orfaces of your body have the same function if you swallow a food or put it rectally or in your lady part u get the same result so u dont have to do it rectaly to get the same outcome fyi.

  13. I'm quite late to the party here, but I would be interested in the name of the supplement that was mentioned that contains green coffee extract, rhodiola, probiotics and other cortisol moderating elements.

  14. Guys, losing weight doesn't have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  15. The closer it is to nature the better the food. Avoid as much sugar and processed foods as possible (stuff canned, jarred, and packaged foods are usually considered processed). Another rule of thumb is to eat foods that people in the 1800's ate. They didn't have Pop-Tarts back then nor cereal. The key to losing weight is diet and exercise. Mostly diet.

You really don't need quick weight loss schemes like this. To be able to lose 1 pound a week is considered healthy. This way all you have to do is cut back and not go cold turkey. And you won't have to worry about what latest diet suits you. This diet suits EVERYONE.

  16. lots of good info in this interview, however, the coffee enema info is dangerous. My personal experience, was as if I slammed coffee straight into my veins. The caffeine is absorbs so quickly, I immediately started gagging, vomiting and this went on for 20 minutes. The gag reflex was over stimulated and I was amped for the rest of the day. Roasting coffee releases many toxins. I understand that green coffee is better for this, but I would suggest proceeding with extreme caution and research .
