  1. Hi Ranveer, I have one question. Can I have 1 serving of normal non-flavoured yogurt(85gm) in a day while I am on keto? As per the label it contains 4.4gm of carbs out of which 0gm is sugar.

Fitness is a journey. By consuming that much amount of protein is very stressful for your kidneys. Save your kidneys by not stressing it, if you mess with your health by listening to junkies like him..go ahead. Listen to professionals.   11. hi ranveer, I'm starting my ketto diet from today and still confused about food intake. I know through this diet plan I should consume 70% fat, 30%protein and 5% carb. but it seems like this video is meant for gymmers who follow 80% protein intake. I'm not following gyming and im on my ketto. can you help me out what kind of food I should include in my ketto's. I'm a non vegetarian too..
