  1. can i try this to fix my blood sugar levels? i am still reading atkin's books but still on the fence in doing it. i have read it on his diet books about ketosis and tried if for 1 week and feels so weak, maybe i am missing some supplements or magnesium because i am getting cramps. what are some things i need to get to start this regimen?

  2. Bright, cheerful, and fat adapted, with our "coffee". It's the coffee. I've done keto, and a mix of complex carbs, vegetables, fruit, and lean protein, and lower fat and felt exactly the same energy wise on both diets. Except with the mixed diet I'm allowed carbs, have better workouts, don't have to worry about too much protein, don't have to worry about carb refeeds, don't have to worry about high cortisol from stressful workouts, don't need as much coffee during the day, don't have empty looking skin, don't have to constantly check ketones, don't have to worry about low T3, don't have to worry about low serotonin, don't have to worry about low testosterone, don't have to worry about snappy moods, the list goes on and on. But that's just me. Try it for yourself.
