I’ve decided to have a ketogenic diet cutting day just to show how easy it actually easy is to be on this diet. In every meal I put nutrition info as well as at the end of the video for the entire day.
One problem I noticed is not hitting my fibers target so I’ve to to work on that. In the video you’ll also find some cool quick keto recipes 🙂

  1. recipe for the zucchini chips? the one's with the bacon…i think it was zucchini…this is all new for me so i wanna try stuff i haven't…and how hard are they?
