So i went mad this week and bought a boot load of food to show you what to buy to stay in ketosis, making sure you buy the right things is step one to getting your diet nailed.
before you begin with this its much much much easier if you only have in the things you can eat, having a loaf of bread an chocolate in will not help in the first few weeks till the cravings go. hoppyfully your shopping baskets will looks similar, please bare in mind i am on a budget too hence why i dont have as many fancy items as i would like.
side note for the condiments and sauces:
you wont be eating 100ml of the sauces you’ll have 10g max of the condiments and maybe 100ml of the jarred sauces. this means the carb content is minimal at worst you’re looking at 7g
