  1. guru Bhaia m29 male 5"3inch height I joined gym so many times I quit some time no muscle gain some time become overweight now after 1 year I want to start again I have 30 waist n stomach out I want to know the Indian diet with fat lose n muscles gain l do 10 hours standing n running job OK so that I decided to do workout in the night plz suggestion do.my body weight is 62 kg now.
