Generally a moderate carb diet or carb backloading is my favorite but I do like going keto no carbohydrate diet sometimes.

  1. it's simple eat healthy,carbs,fat,and protein,body has to have those nutrients..you eat low carb constantly ,same as your workouts ,body addapts and you have to change up,same with diet..way were made ,in gods doing..so eats dboll with your oats,tren with chicken,and always,always test on all meals …

  2. Palumbo is so intelligent. Really enlightening info. Great content in this video. A really good way to loose weight really fast is to do a ketogenic water trick diet. I saw a great video on this called: extreme fat loss (14 days) on the channel StrengthCamp. The guys name is Elliot Hulse. This diet described in this video works really well for leaning you out and drying you out extremely fast. No bullshit.

  3. Insulin is an anabolic hormone. the fact that it stores glycogen and stores fat makes it anabolic. Anabolic just means to build up, as opposed to break down. It doesn't have to be muscle tissue to be considered anabolic.

  4. I read that the body will convert too much protein to sugar, wont that not take you out of ketosis,Atkins said low protein because it was thought high protein would take you out of ketosis, how much protein am i suposed to eat on the diet, thanks

  5. is butter a good source of fat? if so can i just eat that and nothing else, im asking cuz in the label it says it has no carbs at all, also by eating just that do you think it will cut down the time for keto to start? instead of 72 hrs, lets say 48 or less maybe? or no matter what you eat you gotta wait 72 hours for it to start
