  1. Some good points here but not all true. I'm 5'7" (small frame) and lost 25 lbs. by reducing my calories even with sugar in my diet. I definitely know it wasn't all water LOL. I wasn't young either – mid 40's. That said, I believe a Keto diet is very good for losing fat, especially that stubborn last few pounds. It works great but found it difficult to maintain in normal life – too hard core.

  2. There are a few things worth trying
eat one dish per day made with bitter melon
tender mango leaves infusion in water
consume bitter gourd regularly this contains an insulin type chemical
(I discovered these and the reasons they work from Ralfs Remedy Method website )

  3. I have an idea for a seminar. please can you tell us how to maintain our weight once we've reached our goal. I have reached my goal but still have a very rounded tummy. Is this because I need to exercise my stomach muscles? I don't think I need to lose any more weight, thanks to ketosis but I would like my tummy to go. thankyou for reading, and here's hoping you can make a video for people like me. Debbie

  4. I have been following your diet since May of this year, I lost 8 lbs only, my husband lost 35 lbs.
I need to lose 40 lbs more at least, I am 56 & I am at a block, do you have any suggestions to help asap?
