  4. Don't necessarily agree with the cheese and nuts bits. Especially nuts like almonds where half the carbs is fibre. He should explain the concept of fibre and net carbs.. such an important thing for a keto diet

  5. Dude..you are doing a great job by introducing a healthy lifestyle and setting an inspiration for everyone.. but just get the facts right.. glycogen is not stored in muscles, but it is stored in liver..

  6. I Googled the “fizy unique plan” and it seemed like a smart idea to try it. After i tried this diet plan, this wasn`t long before I started dropping pounds! My mate also used the plan as well as she dropped 12 lbs.
