  1. I have been pretty much keto for 3 months and down 27lbs, I have a lot more energy and feel better. I never ate a lot of carbs and I don't crave any sugar so it was easy to go keto. I don't think I can go back to a "normal" diet ever.

  2. Soda and Starbucks have too much sugar in their drinks……………
    Food should not be bad for you…… processed food has too much (trans) fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, tweet, call or text. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.

  3. Riding a bike is fun and good exercise………walking, bicycles, mass transit and electric vehicles will all be part of making cities livable. Ride to school………ride to work………ride for fun………..
    Bike to work day should be everyday….. employers need to provide places to park and lock bicycles and encourage employees to ride a bicycle to work. Children should be riding a bike to school instead of being dropped off by their parents. Cities need to do more to provide safe walking and biking trails and paths that connect homes, schools and businesses. Speak up and ask for more bicycle paths in your community. Obesity is a growing problem around the world leading to an increase in heart disease, cancer and high blood pressure. Walking and biking can help improve health. Buy a child a bicycle……your son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild or donate one to a local charity as a fund raiser giveaway. You will change a life…………

  4. Do the same thing with almonds. Put almonds in ziplock bag, spray non-stick Olive oil spray in bag, add 50/50 salt/potassium, stevia, and cinnamon. Then shake the bag! Delicious!

  5. I been doing Keto for almost 2 months, and am happy with it. For checking if your in ketosis you can buy keytone strips. Just pee on them and the color changes to a certain level of purple.
