  1. Hey girl!
    Just started my keto diet yesterday. Ate my last meal of carbs and went for a 10km walk, my hunger kicked back in but I withdrew from carbs and started with small bites of meat! I slept horrible, i was sweating, being hot and my lips and mouth started to dry out.

    Today im all out of energy, lazy, drowzy and lips started to dryout aswell! Any ideas on food, recepies and so on 🙂 Im in the fitness industry aswell, or "was"

    Ive done it once, and was amazing how fast I was burning fat!
