  1. You said that everyone has their own percentages of fat grams. How do you know or find out which is best for you? Is it just trial and error? I have my fitness pal app and just base it off my weight when I calculated all my macros. You make a lot of sense and I agree w/ you and your logic. I'm at 30 carbs(all broccoli &spinach) and proteins are fish and super lean turkey. Fat is where I'm struggling the most to hit, so finding this out would be a huge help. Any info would be great and great vid and hope you film some footage in Mexico
