I’m using nutritional ketosis to cure my obesity. It is a safe method with research to back up it’s effectiveness. If you are doing keto and still eating animals perhaps follow my journey to see if there is room for some compassionate choices.

  1. Thanks for the vid. I was recently inspired by the Vegetable Police to switch to Keto diet and then I found your channel. HCLF wasn't working for me any longer it left me skinny fat, bloated and started having high blood sugar levels. I needed to stop before I actually became Diabetic.

  2. Thank you so much for making this video! I'm trying vegan keto right now and loving it, but very few youtubers out there make videos about eating both vegan and keto. This is really encouraging! I'm loving the diet so far and am losing weight nicely. So awesome! :)

  3. Been vegan keto for over a year. Thanks for representing the vegan keto community. I'm a nursing student and know we don't need carbs to survive. I use flax for fiber. Almost no carbs, and I weight train. Eating animals is not the way to do keto, think for yourself! I know I feel great.

  4. Thank you for making this video. I started the ketogenic diet 2 months ago and I lost a considerate amount of weight, it cleared my skin and even helped me with bloating and IBS. but the only thing that i wasn't comfortable with was with the meat. all that pork, bacon and beef. I was never a meet eater. and watching you videos gives me hope to continue with the diet in a vegetarian way. please makes us more videos on food ideas and protein intake. keep up the good wrk.

  5. Good luck but I don't belive vegan keto is sustainable long term. You need some animal fats and only adding butter and eggs into your diet can make a big difference in my opinion.

  6. I don't know darlin', when I followed the "gurus" I gained heaps of weight… but when I stopped and started following my own advice~ I lost what I gained listening to them, lol! Always listen to YOU. Excited to see where your journey goes :)

  7. Have you heard of Dr. Neal Barnard's program for reversing diabetes? Part of the modality is to reduce insulin resistance through a carb-centric low fat whole foods diet. I'd be interested to see some evidence of the high fat approach reversing insulin resistance.

  8. Interesting ! So I have some questions and maybe you are going to answer them in another video but……Are you ever hungry? Does your breath smell because of the ketone bodies being excreted? Have you already tried a high carb vegan diet and if so, what happened?
