  1. Rob keep doing you bro despite all these haters, remember if you have haters then you're doing something right! I've learned so much watching your videos so thank you very much for making them. I look forward to the new ones.

  2. Dear Rob. You must learn a litle more about the human body. The brain does not actually get energy from the fat. The brain cells ONLY get energy from carbohydrates. So, if you wanna be awake while you are training, I highly recommend you to eat some sugar unless you wanna take a nap ahah There's a reason why people get a blackout when they go training without eating. The more intense the workout is, the more carbohydrates your body consume. So when your body runs out of glucose, your brain shut down to prevent further injuries.
