  1. I had heard good things about bone broth soup even before learning about Keto. My chiropractor said to be careful in selecting a source for bone broth. Even went as far as to suggest getting it from a New Zealand based supplier. Any suggestions?

  2. Food is medicine! I've been on keto since the end of July. I lost 10 Ibs in the first few weeks (inches too) and have not gained it back. I've not lost since (I need to lose about 20-30 more) and don't know why. Here are some more of the benefits I've noticed: increased energy, I'm satiated most of the time, which is opposite of; I used to be hungry all of the time. No more brain fog, moodiness gone, my hair that literally was more like hair is now silky and shiny.
    I wonder why butter from grass-fed cows was not on your list? Besides bone broth, I also feel I get lots of minerals from the great salads I eat!
