➞ Ingredients (makes 1 loaf):
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
5 Tbsp Psyllium Husks (I used 5 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Boiling Water
Add plenty of other flavours, such as rosemary, garlic, etc.
I also added 60g of TexMex Cheese and 1 Jalapeno as toppings.

➞ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 356°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, add coconut flour, psyllium husks, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.
3. Add in eggs and mix. The mixture will be ‘play-dough’ like.
4. Add cup of boiling water and mix until thoroughly combined.
5. Place dough onto prepared baking sheet and form into a ‘focaccia’ shape (kind like an oval loaf)
6. Slice dough a few times diagonally and add desired toppings.
7. Bake for 25-30 mins or until the center is no longer spongy.
8. Serve!
