  1. I've been doing this for 6 weeks – no caffeine , no sugar , no alcohol, no bc pills. I do plenty of HimSalt -MCT's Coconut oil etc….have done workouts as recommended Hiit training . I get plenty of sleep and manage stress better than most. NO WEIGHT LOSS . I only have about 15lbs to loose and am getting desperate. And I still do not have all this energy you all talk about . WTF ????????? HELP
