KETO RECIPE – How to make Avocado Tuna Melted Bites:
1 can tuna (drained)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 medium avoado (chopped)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Sea salt, black pepper to taste
1/2 cup coconut oil for frying

1. In a bowl, put drained tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, and spices.
2. Mix ingredients well.
3. Add chopped avocado and fold together without mashing the avocado,
4. form the tuna mixture into bite size balls (12balls) ancover in almond flour.
5. Set aside to rest.
6. melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
7. Second coat tuna balls in almond flour if it is wet.
8. Fry until crisp all sides.
9. Remove from the pan.
