  1. I can't see any difference in your skin. Am I missing something. Your hair looks constantly different but the curls suit your face am make you look younger. I am presuming they are your natural curls.

I love your vids and thank you for the inspiring goodies you continue to present to us ,I did want to say that Costco carries Biotin for hair skin and nails and that is a common nutrient deficiency for many peeps .I do hair and i have recommended Biotin to many clients and they have had great results with thickening and growth and less fall out .Iron and ferritin levels and thyroid issues are also something to look into .But just an observation as a hair stylist of many years .Have a great day doll …you look great and i love Keto eating…you look FABU!

  3. I noticed a positive change in my skin and nails when I went vegetarian because that's when I started eating more produce. But I ended up fat and moving toward diabetes because I was eating too much starch and sugar and not enough fat and protein. I'm still veg, but I've fixed the latter problems and now people guess me at 32 even though I'm 42. I'm not as low as keto level on carbs, but since I cut them low enough to get my blood sugar under control (my whole aim, actually) I've lost weight and gained a healthier metabolism and tissues. Whether you eat meat or not the white flour and sugar and excess fruit and non-existent or unhealthy fats will do you in. Standard American Diet spells S.A.D.

    Breakfast
    Eggs Pancake
    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    2 tablespoons of butter
    A little bit of egg beaters
    Half a teaspoon of vinegar
    A teaspoon of salt
    3 packets of splenda or nutrasweet
    Butter Cooking Spray

    Directions: Pour all ingredients into juice blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour mix into pre-heated frying pan sprayed with the butter cooking spray on high heat. After pouring the mix, turn into low heat. When the eggs pancake is dry, turn sides, wait a little bit until it's fully cooked like a pancake. You can sprinkle it with another couple packets of splenda or nutrasweet

    Calories: 400 calories). 35 fat grams, 15 protein grams

    Lunch (0 calories).

    Dinner # 1 at 8PM:
    9 ounces of cooked chicken
    15 ounces of iceberg lettuce mixed with 75 grams of mayonnaise

    Calories: 1000
    Grams of fats: 75
    Grams of protein: 70

    Dinner 2: 11 PM:

  5. hmmmmm…….not totally sold that it's the Keto, I think it might just be how you do your makeup and how you wear your hair. You look like a teenager with your hair pulled back. I'm still struggling with doing Keto right, I'll see if it has any effect on my skin and hair, cause right now my hair is actually falling out :(

Have lost 17lbs since starting in March 2015, and am continuing my downward trend!  Thansk so much for the encouragement and for helping me stay focused!  A1c almost at goal and blood pressures are now in the range of 120-130 / 70-80 and almost off all medications, thank you , thank you, thank you,!  PS You look fabulous!

  8. i wish i can see some progress .. and the past 3 wks i relapse on my carb sugar addiction.. is horrible stuff… i do great through out the day no carbs plenty hydration enough fats but when dinner time comes and i cant control myself ..

  9. You look awesome! I tried Keto for awhile and though I did feel better, I didn't lose any weight so I have had to move on to try something else.
