  1. I love stevia. There was a study I recently read that seemed to me that it can trigger insulin secretion in absence of Carbohydrates. It was done on 3 sweeteners one of them being Stevia and the 2 others the nasty artificial stuff. While The other 2 had a much higher insulin spike and sustained rise of insulin stayed higher than Stevia, the stevia did cause a significant impact. For that reason I stopped using it in my morning coffee since I am experimenting now with suppressing not only blood Glucose but also insulin levels through intermittent fasting. I was at a stall for quite a bit and I am afraid insulin played a huge role. Thumbs up and keep fighting the good fight. Love the content.
