➞ Ingredients (makes 6 Eggs or 12 Halves):
6 Large Eggs – hardboiled and peeled
1/4 Cup Mayo
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Distilled White Vinegar
Salt & Pepper – to taste
Paprika to taste and for garnish

➞ Directions:
1. Slice hard boiled eggs, lengthwise and scoop yolks to a small bowl.
2. Mash yolks up and add all ingredients to yolks and mix well.
3. Spoon or pipe your yolk mixture into egg white halves.
4. Serve chilled!
