  1. I see that you talked about fasting, and drinking the butter coffe in the morning so you don't get the insulin spike. I have a request, can you make a video of what a typical day is on the keto diet is? E.g 8am is Butter coffee, 10am snack, what a typical lunch would be etc. I'm trying to put into perspective what a diet through out the day should be. Thanks for the awesome videos.
