  1. I just love your videos! I actually watched week 2 before week 1, but that turned out ok, because I really am learning alot. I love your little guy and it teared me up, with thinking how our 30 year old son, used to be that little and so fun! Love how he tries to say the words. Truly a true love for you! I'm wondering about when one buys meat, deli variety, like thin sliced beef, corned beef, etc. Is it all Keto, or do you have to watch for fillers like sugar, etc?

  2. You eat no color…no vegetables what so ever? I only saw brocoli… that can't be good! I am trying this diet but I eat tons of salad! Like a lot. I wonder if this is right for me!

  3. The chicken broth, please cook broccoli separately and add to soup at the end, in each individual bowl. it will help the soup taste much better.overcooked broccoli is just nasty.

  4. Loved this video….swear I was like a writer with writer's block when it came to making meals so this REALLY helps! I am a personal trainer and lost the last ten with this way of eating….I wanted to say….start lifting weights if you don't…find an easy video to start with….Leslie might do one:) What is your total loss to date?
