  1. Great video. great energy. Also would suggest hemp seeds. Really easy to just bring these in a bag around with you for an energy boost. Also 1-2 oz. of whole fat greek yogurt (w/or w/o sour cream to up the volume) and raspberries (if you want some fruit.) I also discovered something called "Dulse." It's a sea vegetable that's great. if you want something crispy and salty fry them in some oil and they're the closest I've come to chips!

  2. I live in a small town with no Whole Foods store and it sucks because buying bulk items is a pain because they are limited in their selections. You know what I'd do for bulk pumpkin seeds!?!

  3. I really like toasted cashew nuts but I noticed you didn't mention them. Are they good to eat in Keto? Please say yes because I can eat about 60 whole cashew nuts in one sitting.
