AGG here to discuss things including my weight loss journey, and how I have discovered that working out less helps me to more easily lose weight recently. Exercise is great for many reasons, but can working out work against your weight loss goals? It sure can, if you don’t keep in check how much energy you bring back in after getting hungrier from all that energy you expel during a workout.
So you have to be extra careful about how much energy (calories) you are bringing in while your workouts are longer or more intense as they tend to catch up with you and make you feel hungrier.
My weight loss journey from the last 10 years is something I cover here as well.

I am back on the Ketogenic diet and am loving it the 2nd time around even more than the first time. I also provide a brief description of the Ketogenic diet, what fats (ketones) are versus glucose as an energy source.

The goal is to figure out how to sustain this lifestyle. So far, plugging into the ketogenic diet community has helped tremendously. #20under20 challenge, Keto Connect Youtube channel and Facebook Group – all are very helpful.

  1. Dude! You should watch some of the documentaries on Netflix. I watched one called Fed Up and it explains a lot about the effects of sugar intake and fat storage. Just stay away from the docs that are pro-vegetarian. ;)
