Great video for an apple cider vinegar, lemon, and salt drink. He simply explains the benefits. Add some “lite salt” or a similar potassium ingredient and it will be even better.

Hi Michelle…could you please do a video on how you did your mayo? It looks like you did I yours in the magic bullet, whereas the recipe calls for an emerson blender. Thx

Beautiful Christmas Tree Michelle – Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thanks for the great video; I really, really enjoyed it. I'm going to try those cheese crisps…looked delicious!

Have you read any of Jason Fung's work? He had a comment somewhere about fasting helping with loose skin – which I know a lot of us struggle with – and I've noticed mine tightening up a lot as I've started doing 36-hour fasts once or twice a week.

Good work! If you ever need some copyright free music for your videos, my entire channel is dedicated to posting some good copyright free songs that you can use in your videos without getting a copyright strike! I don't make any of the music myself though. Basically, there are a ton of music artists who want to get more exposure so making their songs free to use is a great way for them to do that. I simply search the internet for the best new and free songs to use and put them all in one convenient place. I'm sorry to bother you if you aren't interested. Thanks for reading this and have a good day :)

I love your videos. I've been doing keto since Aug. and get in a rut with my food. It's great watching your videos and getting new ideas for meals. They look so good and easy too.
