If you’ve been having trouble reaching your fat intake levels, don’t worry the fat bombs are here čÖé Make these always and put keep them in the freezer. They’ll nourish you, they’ll help you get in ketosis faster and they’ll flatten your tummy. I have experimented with several fat bomb recipes and had to change and finally came up with the most delicious version of mine. These are under 1g of carbs each and almost 100 calories at over 90% fat. Enjoy in good health.

Fat Bombs ingredients:
5 tablespoons of almond Butter.
1 big tablespoon of coconut flour
1 big tablespoon of cacao powder (unsweetened)
1 & 1/2 tablespoon of grass-fed butter
1 & 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil/coconut butter
1 handful of flaxseeds (unground)
50 drops of Stevia

Nutritional Information:
You’ll get roughly about 15 pieces
Each piece contains:
2g Carbs
1g Protein
6g Fat

This is just a rough estimate but it’s somewhere around there. If you use peanut butter, it will have higher carbs.
Try this recipe with walnut butter that you can make yourself at home. Yum yum!

  5. I am watching your videos and they are great, but as I said below I am so sad with this 1200 calories, if I followed this amount of cal I would be constantly hungry. I am eating way more than that. Eating about 30-40g of carb only. On Dukan diet, I could eat way more calories and I was never hungry. The protein was very fulfilling, but I got sick of the recipes because of the fat restriction.´╗┐

  6. My keto calculator put me on a 1200 cal a day, not that hard to eat enough fat to reach this amount with just regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am lost on this fat consumption.´╗┐

I have a question, what do you think, is this treat more non-healthy for "normal eating" people then regular cookies or cupcakes? or is it more healthy alternative of treat ? I'd like to make them for my family etc.
    thank you, stay awesome :)´╗┐

  9. I was curious about the carb content of both almonds & peanuts so googled it. It said the carb content of peanuts is 24g per cup and a cup of almonds is 31g per cup´╗┐

  10. i know you said that calories dont matter but do you know what is the fat content and carb content on these? because people who are trying to lose alot of weight on the ketodiet have to stay withinn 80 calories of carbs or 20 grams of carbs daily to get in ketosis for weight loss. so i dont want to make these and go over my carbs trying to get a bunch of fat in čśë hehehe (i love almond butter and chocolate) great video and recipe thanks.

  11. I was wondering, how can i do a ketogenic diet with food allergies? I can't have eggs, cheese, pork, wheat, peanuts and chocolate. Just trying to plan this out with great benefits´╗┐
