If you’ve been having trouble reaching your fat intake levels, don’t worry the fat bombs are here 🙂 Make these always and put keep them in the freezer. They’ll nourish you, they’ll help you get in ketosis faster and they’ll flatten your tummy. I have experimented with several fat bomb recipes and had to change and finally came up with the most delicious version of mine. These are under 1g of carbs each and almost 100 calories at over 90% fat. Enjoy in good health.
Fat Bombs ingredients:
5 tablespoons of almond Butter.
1 big tablespoon of coconut flour
1 big tablespoon of cacao powder (unsweetened)
1 & 1/2 tablespoon of grass-fed butter
1 & 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil/coconut butter
1 handful of flaxseeds (unground)
50 drops of Stevia
You’ll get roughly about 15 pieces

This is just a rough estimate but it’s somewhere around there. If you use peanut butter, it will have higher carbs.
