  1. Thank you for posting this video. I found your channel when googled Keto diets on You tube. I find your videos very informative, especially this one. I fired one doctor who did not address any issues, and found another doctor who is helping me. I am a nurse and I do a lot of research concerning my health issues so that I can heal myself.

  3. what a fantastic video. well done to that lady. i was also told i was fine and to take anti depressants. i been doing keto last few months. did a blood and hair analysis and i was sky high in copper and no iron or zinc and im a male. eating keto and taking some zinc and iron i am a different person! im packing on muscle and sleeping like a baby. there really will be a revolution one day where the medical world we all know will be forced to wake up and change. thanks for giving people hope steph as everything you speak is %100 truth.

  5. Haha they always say your thyroid is normal. I had to do my own research after having my daughter and tell my doctor what to test because I was convinced something was still up with my thyroid. Turns out I had Hashimoto's and my other thyroid were in the normal range but the antibodies tests were super crazy high.

I know for a fact, as a 41 year old woman that you do NOT get the kind of body like Stephanie or the type of health at her age…without some secret trick..and that secret trick she has figured out this nutritional mystery and has gotten off the hamster wheel of yo-yo dieting we've all been lost on for like ever.. All you 20-30 somethings that think her achievements are no big deal…wait until you get into your 40s and 50s and you start to see how radically your body changes. I don't care if you've been skinny and healthy your entire life, your body changes drastically in your 40s. Your skin loses your elasticity, your hair gets dry. your periods become irregular. What Stephanie is preaching is hope. I am on day 3 of keto and can understand why people quit because the thought of NEVER eating cheese, sushi etc., psychologically feels like a kind of death. I also know how devastating it is to start to see signs of aging…turkey neck, bags under eyes, brittle hair. So I ask myself, of all the "success gurus" I've started to follow all say the same thing. If you want to be successful do what successful people do. I may never look as good as Stephanie, in fact, I know I've done some damage over the years living it up in my 20s and 30s…and that's okay. But at least I can get into the best shape and optimal health I can given my current lifestyle. I was walking to my car during lunch, and the critical voice in my mind said "god damn I'm already sick of avacados. I hate avacados" then the voice of reason piped in "if stephanie likes avacados, I fucking love avacados. you want to look like stephanie, eat what she eats." I've read all these comments on the internet trashing her…and the people doing the trashing…look awful!
    KEEP MAKING VIDEOS STEPHANIE! I listen to them at my boring office job and then it motivates me to keep on keeping on. To rise above the status quo. I only discovered your videos three days ago! (HENCE DAY 3 OF KETO!) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

  8. Very interesting, I have signed up for your challenge had numerous medical issues, back and forth to dr's told me I have urticaria and it could last 5-15 years, I am sure I am hystermine intolerant, this is why I want to try and do Keto and learn how to do it properly
