  1. Don't over do the nuts, avocados, MCT oil or other fats. You can eat all the salads you want. Load up on vegetables High (good quality) fat does not mean go crazy with fat. It still means no Trans fats.
    Soda and Starbucks have too much sugar in their drinks.
    Food should not be bad for you. Processed food has too much (trans) fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, tweet, call or text. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.

  2. Cardio needs to be part of your everyday life style to live a healthy life. One easy way to introduce cardio is to ride a bicycle. Riding a bike is fun and good exercise plus you save money on transportation. Walking, bicycles, mass transit and electric vehicles will all be part of making cities livable. Ride to school.   10. AH, thank you I didn't know they don't have lactose. Sorry I thought that meat is bad for cancer… that is what i read in a research study. It seems contradictory to me..May be he is wrong and you are right. I don't know. And thank you for letting me know.

  14. for me, specially, is a good video because it gives me a list of foods that have carbohydrates – I am diabetic and straggle finding which foods have carbs -to omit them from my diet- he gives a good list.
