What is the ratio for fat, carb and protein for weight loss purpose?
You say no yogurt but it in the list of things to eat…Greek Yogurt. Its a bit confusing. Then you say no nuts and nuts are listed.

It make my diet plan far better than before.
Slow and consistent wins the race……. don't expect too much weight loss too fast…………
Diets and fasting are short term fixes……life style changes like eating healthy and regular exercise work for the long term….
Exercise…… get off the couch…. get outside……. do something……ride a bicycle or go for a walk. Some cities and states encourage bikes………. they provide safe walking and biking lanes and trails. Cities also should encourage businesses and apartments to provide safe places to lock or store a bicycle. Encourage your elected officials to do more. Speak up.. become an advocate for bicycle use in your city.
Soda and Starbucks have too much sugar and fat in their drinks……………
Food should not be bad for you…… processed food has too much fat, salt, sugar and additives in them making them unhealthy. People need to go to their favorite food processors website, click on the CONTACT link and send them an email asking them to reduce the amount of fat, salt, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in the foods they produce. Their common answer is that they are producing what the customers want. You have to let them know that consumers want healthier food choices with less salt, fat, SUGAR and ADDITIVES in them. It only takes a minute to send them an email, tweet, call or text. Food should not be bad for you. There is an obesity epidemic leading to increases in heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer.

Dr Westman says he teaches counting 'total carbs' and not 'net carbs' The info in this video suggests counting net carbs. Which is correct?

Very nice video. First of all however for a single person (like me) it seems too complicated and too difficult to process all this information. Secondly is there a Dutch version of this video available ? Although I speak 5 languages I have little experience with the typical nutrition terminology that is used throughout the presentation.
Finally I would like to ask if this diet is also recommended for 55+ of age.

Alcohol should really never be added if your looking to be in Ketosis…Alcohol will always be used as energy and ketosis will be stopped if you drink ANY kind of alcohol.
