  1. Thank you for sharing! I love your videos and your passion for health! I just wanted to point out that not all shiritaki noodles have tofu, and that most are made with a special Asian yam (konjac flour) that is PURE fiber. And fermented foods can be very beneficial to promoting healthy gut flora! 

  2. Thank you for telling people about kelp noodles… I had never heard of them. Texture of food is nearly as important to me as taste. This opens a lot of pasta dishes that are otherwise low carb. I enjoy not being ravenously hungy all the time for the first time in my life, 2 months into a keto way of eating and can not see going back. Thank you for your videos, they have helped correct the concequences poor meal choices created and kept me motivated at those tough times. I tried chili spaghetti (a Cincinnati thing) I made for lunch and it was excellent. I have not craved pasta hence why I knew nothing of kelp noodles but it was nice to enjoy a life time favorite food.
