  1. Thank you so much for all the information… I did not cheat yet on carbs since i started in August last year but I do cheat on my calories… Helps with the mind set, just need to keep it under control which sometimes might be a bit challenging Thank you again!!

  2. I was doing awesome on Keto, blood ketones and sugar were perfect but then I ended up in the ER. Thought I had food poisoning x5 days but turned out I didn't. I figured out that I was taking too much magnesium supplements. Big No No! Occasionally it is fine but it is and extremely powerful laxative.

  3. Very good video. I definitely fell off over the holidays but am back on track. I do, however, think I've been overdoing the fat. I will definitely try and cut back on the "extra" fats I've been adding. I've also cut back on my dairy…drinking my coffee black with sweet leaf and I find I really like it. Also, cutting back on cheese. Just started these practices so don't know how it'll work yet, but whatever happens this is the WOE I'll be following. Makes me feel so much better. Thanks, Laurie.

  4. Thank you for sharing! I am a nurse also, and new to keto. I'm trying to understand the best/healthiest way to approach it. It does go against what many tout as a "healthy diet" so it's a bit of a mind bend until you do the research. I had gastric sleeve surgery in June & have lost 50 pounds, but have hit quite the stall. Even doing keto for the most part of 2 weeks I have not dropped. BUT, I have not watched my fat intake. I will tweak that this week and see what happens. I do seem to go at a turtle pace at times also. Anyhow, thank you for the encouraging video!!

Love your videos and information i don't have a gallbladder or a full pancreas i only have the tissues im only on metformin for my diabities i find that dairy fat and other liquid fats goes right through me and makes me feel sick could i just eat my fats from food to do keto genic i don't produce much enzymes so have trouble braking certain foods down What do you think i should do xx

  7. Started Keto but after a few weeks had to stop as my face started to look too emaciated. Was eating recommended high quality foods and tracking my macros and hitting them everyday (F75/P15/C5). Could you share recommendations on how to prevent emaciated/gaunt face? Thanks!
