  1. Dear friends, I need a help. I would like to know if a low-carb diet high protein is counter-productive to strength. Because I've increased my protein intake with the idea, that would increase my power in the weight-training. But after all the money spent on protein, creatine, i have lost strength. Thanks

  2. I want to try this keto diet, but have no idea how to do it. I was diagnose type 2 diabetes and currently using insulin. Would you recommend this to someone with diabetes? If so were should I start?
