    3:39 phukin abs lookin right! over time watching these videos is like a journal of before and after, I really see a difference since you returned from vaca, and doin more calisthenics, you gained bulk for sure.
    I hit another setback, parents ambushed me on my bday with negative, fearful, patronizing, condescending, pessimistic talk.
    I ate a loaf of nostalgic mother's wheat bread, grilled cheese..turning to eating as comfort to calm nerves is so temporary, always a setback. will avoid the drama and not do that again. starting on and off, burning glycogen stores, keto flu, no good.

    Yah, girl! I know and owe it to you…thanks, Stephanie :)! Making all kinds of gain on keto and loving it. Today, was legs…I squatted 185 for 6 and leg pressed 385 for 6…I haven't touched these weights in day and I started back training at a gym 3 months ago. It been  month and half on keto, I'm 41yr old female ex-body builder.  Thanks, Stephanie again…love listening to you :)!
