36 Replies to “Exercise vs Diet”

  1. So…take that P.E. They actually also expect me to know many of the rules of many sports like volleyball or football that I haven't even played once before. I mean sure, I've bounced a ball on my hand maybe a couple times or threw a ball, but is that really enough to know about sports?

  2. After a good friend of mine used this diet plan “sowo amazing plan” (Google it) to drop 15 lbs, I learned a lot about it. And so of course I read directly into detail about it on google.

  3. My buddy was the one who told me about the diet when she told me how she dropped her weight. That is when I decided to join in because she dropped 18 lbs from that. Google “sowo amazing plan”!

  4. My cousin introduced me to the diet program called “lyly amazing guide” (Google it). Throughout almost no time, I slipped 13 lbs. This weight loss plan works for anyone. Google it to learn more.

  5. Weight Loss Green Store Tea has cut my appetite down and keeps it down throughout the day. I also have a bad sweet-tooth and it has helped tremendously with that too. I have been using this for a few weeks now, haven't weighed myself, but my clothes are feeling looser and I'm a happy girl!

  6. Would you rather eat frozen pizza and dr pepper every meal and exercise every extra minute of the day or eat vegetables, meat, and milk every meal but never move? I pick the first option.

  7. This is BS. Show me a fat person who runs 10 miles a day. I eat like a pig and I have a rippling 8 pack. Exercising doesn't just burn calories, it also improves your metabolism. So while running for 20 minutes may only "burn 200 calories" it also improves your metabolism to the point where eating won't make you fat.

  8. When I go on a diet, I most typically choose low fat with a modest carb diet. I generally feel better and lose weight fairly easily and quickly. I once chose to do exercise with my regular diet and what I found was much slower weight loss results and I didn't feel "healthy." So I can attest to what this video is saying. Of course not everyone's body is the same and some respond to diet and exercise differently, however this is a very interesting that most people in these studies most weight more quickly by changing their diet but it does make sense. It's easier to cut out the two cans of soda than to run for thirty minutes.

  9. Watching what you eat really does make an impact. I tried no ice cream, sodas, or chips for 6 months. Then summer hit. I'm back to no ice cream and sodas. I eat chips every other week.
