**************Tangerine Fat Bomb Recipe****************

Macros- Fat: 18.6g Carbs: 3.7g Protein: 1.9g
Fiber: 2.7g
Calories: 196

this recipe can easily make a dozen …

4 oz 100% cocoa baking chocolate or other 100% chocolate bar unsweetened
100 g butter (or 6.75 Tbs)
3 Tsp Truvia sweetener
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
6 TBS Heavy whipping cream
2 tsp tangerine zest or orange zest will work

chop chocolate and add to a microwave safe bowl
add the butter
microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, until just melted
add 2 tsp truvia to chocolate
Add zest and stir.
Set aside to cool or place in refrigerator to cool down.

in a clean bowl add the cream, vanilla, and 1 tsp of truvia and mix with a hand mixer until the whipped cream is stiff

with the hand mixer mix the whipped cream and the chocolate mixture together until well incorporated

the chocolate should be a mousse consistency
to finish pipe or spoon mixture out on a lined sheet pan in 9 even rounds or simply fill molds of your choosing and chill for at least 30 minutes.

refrigerate in an airtight container. Or freeze.

* note, when I created this recipe I counted the cream as zero net carbs, as of today I will be defaulting every cream to be 1 net carb per Tbs. so if you would like to readjust the macros you can. Just add 6 net carbs to the recipe. The carb impact won’t be much.

  1. I am so glad you posted your measurements. I decided to measure myself, even though I did not measure when i started on the plan 9-12-16 and -73 pounds ago. Ha, to my surprise, I am VERY near to your same size. Our neck is same size; your bust is 2 inches larger than mine, my waist is 3 inches larger than yours; my hips are 2 l/2 inches larger, your thighs are 2 inches larger. Pretty good since I am 68. I felt good about it. Obviously, I carry most of my lose skin in my mid section. My doctor said I probably will never lose it. He says mid section fat and lose skins hangs on forever unless I have surgery and it cost too much at my age. But, I am down from size 18 and always wearing elastic waisted skirts and dresses to size 8 and some 6–in name brand dresses. Size small in tops and most pants like yoga or leggings. Happy, happy, happy.

  2. Such a cute family! 😉 Your Mexican food looked AMAZING! I will have to remember that when I'm away from home and go into a panic b/c I don't know what to eat. Do you think I could substitute coconut oil in the chicken broth instead of butter? Thanks!

  3. I don't understand. How can this be "intermittent fasting" if you're having cream with your coffee in the morning, carnitas before the movie and a salad for dinner? That's pretty spread out through the day, right?

  4. Oh! I wanted to share a tip with you! If your goal is hydration, no CHUGGING! When I got keto flu so bad I lost consciousness my doctor, among other things, told me that to get the most out of your water you need to SIP IT. 🙂 And I thought I was a drinking master (kidney stones – which I DESTROYED through diet :D)

  5. Love your videos! I'm even following you on my fitness pal! Just FYI heavy cream does have carbs, however manufacturers don't have to add it if it's under .5 g per serving. Typically heavy cream as .4g per serving. Just thought I'd share. I obsess over numbers. :(
