  1. Okay so I did my fitness pal and tried to get as accurate as I could and I'm shocked to find out I normally consume between 800-1000 calories a day. I feel very full and satisfied at this amount. Most of my diet is a lot of fiber. Keep in mind I don't count calories a lot. I pay attention to am I full or am i hungry and try to eat as many veggies in a day as I can.
