I'm completely lost. My BMR came out to 1522. So I think I would drop it to 1100. Then I'm lost. 70% is 770, 25% is 275, and 5% is 55. I have no clue where to go from there. What did I miss?

OK so 2477-500= 1977 so I'd have 153g fat, 123g protein, and 25g carbs…..I'm I correct for this diet???

damn, 130 protein on keto, is that not a bit low? im currently experimenting with it and ive been hitting 185 protein and 140 fats; have had some tremendous weight loss (1lb a day) with only 7 days left; now that ive seen this video; if i switch up the proteins and fats would it make a difference as to how much quicker i get my shreds?

You got it confused a little, BMR is the amount of energy expanded if you just lie down 24/7 with no activity.
