Hi Stephanie, thanks for your hard work and dedication, keep up the "business" and don't let yourself get down from stupid comments, which I sometimes read on your channel… I've got a question for you, what do you think about supplementing with creatine monohydrated while keto-adapting? I've been taking it for a long time while pumping iron and stopped taking it when I started with my keto diet (1 week ago)..BUT I'm having less strenght without it, so I'm thinking about to start taking it again, but I don't know if it would somehow interfere with my diet…What are you thoughts about it?
