Here is my recipe for Cauliflower Pizza. That’s a pizza with no bread. I learnt this recipe since I’ve been on a ketogenic diet since 2nd December 2015 and I can’t bread and rice and pasta etc so I had to find new foods to eat. This was quite something 🙂 I hope you enjoy the recipe too.

✎ Ingredients:
– 1 Head of Cauliflower
– Salt & Pepper
– 1 Egg
– 30 grams Parmesean Cheese
– 15 grams cream cheese (optional)
– Pizza Sauce
– Choice of toppings

✎ Preparation:
1. Start with 1 head of cauliflower and separate the florets from the stems.
2. Blitz the florets in the food processor till it’s a finely powdered consistency
3. Cook the cauliflower in a dry pan for about 5-6 minutes on medium heat till it’s cooked through
4. Remove on a dry cloth or tea towel and squeeze out all the excess moisture
5. In a bowl mix the cauliflower with salt, pepper, cream cheese, parmesean cheese and one egg.
6. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper place and shape out your cauliflower dough
7. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 190C
8. Remove from the oven, flip over and layer with sauce, cheese and toppings of choice
9. Bake till cheese is fully melted and you have a glorious pizza

  1. I just got done eating 1/2 of the pizza. It is delicious. Squeezing the liquid out is the key. I squeezed as much as I could and when I thought I couldn't get any more out I called in the big guns in the form of my husband to finish the job.
    I used the cream cheese in the dough and added Italian seasoning to the mix. My toppings were: provolone cheese, mushrooms, black olives, and Italian sausage. Had I not added so many toppings I could have picked the slice up like the chef but I was fine using a knife and a fork.
    My supermarket makes the cauliflower rice already prepared. I used a 1 lb pkg and pretty much followed the other ingredients amounts closely. the recipe gives 4 good sized pieces. Definitely a winner.

  4. I'm a Trucker and just started the Keto diet. I only have a microwave oven in my truck. Do you suppose I could make the crust in the microwave? I know it won't get crispy or brown. I wonder if any of your subscribers may have tried this. Love your channel…. please reply when you can. Thank you. ☆☆☆ Also, where are you located?? I love your accent :-)

  5. Tried this for the first time. Was a success, minus the fact I used tinfoil. Pizza stuck to it, so I had to use a fork. But it tasted great and it was strong enough to hold the toppings. You just have to make sure 1. you drain it enough and 2. you press the dough thin enough so when it cooks you get the rest of the water out.
