  1. When you are doing this diet arent you supposed to CUT out the sugar?? I noticed the relish that you put in your Tuna and thats 5 grams of sugar per serving. Im not trying to be an asshole im type 2 and im just trying to learn, ive never tried this diet.

    Btw , the food you eat is very unhealthy : cooked and heat processed fats and protein are carcinogenic . hands down . period .
