Extreme Weight Loss Transformation Using Intermittent Fasting and Ketosis

Last year I went through a major transformation, dropping over 130 pounds from my high weight of 395 pounds. I have been slipping for a couple months and have back tracked a bit, but I am using 2017 and a weight loss challenge at work to get back in the game and get to an even lower weight! I am always looking for motivation and this is just the ticket. Follow me while I attempt the extreme weight loss of 60 pounds in 90 days.   1. Oh, I can see you look thinner. What's your main fasting times? 16hr 20hr, 36hr? I've been doing IF with Keto for about a year. I'm down 20 pounds in the last year. However, I've been bad and carb up during the holidays. I haven't gained weight and think I could have weighed more if it weren't for keto and IF. I'm thinking of doing a couple 36 hours. What's your experience with different IF times and your fat loss. All the best, and can't wait to hear your progress. :)
