  1. raspberries and strawberries are like my favorite fruit, but I didnt know we're allowed to have them on the Keto diet? Is this really true? Cause this looks really simple to make and I'm sure it tastes delicious. :)

  2. You didn't say how many grams of protein! Could you please share? Also, could coconut milk (canned) be used instead of almond milk? How would this affect the protein, carb and fat content? Thanks in advance. Please chime on anyone. Need as much help as possible. Newbie to keto, doing lots if research but sometimes it's a little overwhelming trying to figure out how to translate how to use my personal macros and measure them in food. So I'm sort of guessing
