  1. im also in a high carb vegan diet. It works for me, im lean and healthy an i love my carbs. But i think you shouldnt really make the assumption that people on ketogenic diet drink 6 – 7 cups of coffe a day or that they dont eat fiber, where's the evidence on that? that might be your experience, but mine is different for example, so we dont really now if that true for most people. Even though reduce energy is a problem at first, there is some evidence on athelts that ketogenic might give you acces to even more energy from fat (although there might be decrease performance when burst energy is needed). Also, keto practitioners, seem to be aware of the fiber problem and all of them suggest you search for high fiber food within the carbs that you ar allowed. My hypothesis is that we humans are really different, and that there is no formula or one universal way of eating that fit us all. high carn or high fat, i would suggest anyone that wants to be healthy to experiment on them self, follow your biomarkers closely, check your % of fat onstead of weight, an see whats better for you, wheter is high carb, moderate or low, or intermitting fasting, or high protein or whatever, search your way and monitor yourself regulary.

    And yes, btw, a lot of the facts youre saying are truly bullshit, high protein? Come on dude, at least reasearch keto well before talking about it.

Another huge problem for ketogenic dieters on caffeine rich foods or beverages is that the caffeine forces the liver to break down glycogen to glucose and then that glucose winds up suspended in the blood as the pancreas secretes insulin in vain to try to break through the fat barrier in the blood and fat saturated muscles, thus contributing to insulin resistance.

Keto diets were not "discovered".  According to anthropologists in 2001, paleolithic man ate a high fat, medium protein low carb ketogenic diet as evidence by the natural environment they existed in which was primarily green vegetation (very low carb) and the entire carcass of animals (high fat)…. This was the diet we evolved to eat.  carbs were never a significant source of energy or nutrition.  The description of ketosis is not accurate.  there are too many "problems with the studies you cite and the statements you make….

I'm fasting 16 hours a day for one month bc of religion reason (Ramadan ) and I'm on plant based diet usually I don't eat or drink from sun rise till sunset I feel great but of course don't do much exercise like I used too . I'll check my blood after I finish to compare it with the other test I took when I was not fasting! So do u think fasting all day and eating in the evening will effect our health? Do I get the most nutritions ?

  5. Some amino acid (especially from dairy) are very insulinogenic. That's why bodybuilders take whey powder or other protein powder. High natural carbs is the best way to go, but one has to adjust fat and protein (for example vely low fat/protein don't work well for people who want to gain muscle). The rawtill4 diet/801010 diet is more appropriate for endurance athlete.
