  1. I have 2 teenage daughters so I have crap in my house all the time. I am committed to staying grain free and sugar free for health reason. The more research I do the more this becomes a way of life, not a diet. I also am keeping the processed food to an all time minimum. We have been on two vacations since I started on February 1st. The went surprisingly well. Granted, I did partake in some wine multiple times. Generally I have wine 1-2 times a week an manage to stay in ketosis. I have faith you will do fine with all the company. Have you tried ACV before your one or two main meals? Helps lessen the insulin response. That and eliminating processed foods as much as possible might get you through any stall. Good luck. Looking forward to your next update
