  1. Love love love your videos. I mean this with no disrespect, I would love them even more if you made the background in them nicer with better lighting. Your information is gold! <3

  2. Cheese nuts <3 will still rock keto tho
I know you'll hate me, but my bloodwork is spotless 🙂
I am only 19, but okay fine I'll cut out the cheese and nuts when I'm 40 and up ok? I promise. Seriously I will.
Although I'm about to enlist and I won't be able to be keto in two months (sadface)

  3. I've gotten into so many arguments about this. I'm not Ketogenic yet (still weaning off of carbs), but upping my fat has done wonders for me. I'm not tired anymore, I don't have mood swings, my memory is SO much better, my depression is almost non existent now, and I put on muscle easier too (dont know what that's about). Anyways. I'm just grateful my brother introduced me to your channel. It's made me so much healthier, and I'm so grateful to you.

  4. Stephanie, what are your thoughts about organic chorizo and, salami that is free from artificial additives, gluten, soy and dairy (ingredients: lard, pork, garlic, paprika)? It's a processed type of meat because it's cured. Is it ok to eat that?

  5. I'm a vegetarian, but I agree with you on the quality of the food used in the study. It also said processed meat causes cancer. So if they used subjects who eat processed meat, then you know that these people were not following a healthy diet. Whether you eat meat or not organic is definitely worth the money.

  6. I think they're just trying to make people panic about meat with this bad science and these health alerts because they can see recent movements such as gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, LCHF, ketogenic… are becoming a force to be reckoned with and are literally shaking the pyramid at its base. Given the current state of affairs with diabesity, it would have seemed more logical for them to investigate grains, sugars, legumes, fruit instead of meat… After all, we've been eating it for 2.5 million years… And now, as it happens, it is carcinogenic… really? Give me a break! It's not meat that's putting good health on the verge of extinction!

  7. I belive the best bacon can be made cancerogenic if you deep fry it.. So I only lightly fry it in a ton of lard with a half of tomato. I eat that with slice of sheep cheese and small cucumber.. just my breakfast today. .. :)

  8. My point exactly! The WHO report should be used as proof about the dangers of processed meats not the natural things.. Moreover the scientists involved should educate themselves about the relationship of glycose and fat. Factory bacon cured with dextrose is very different from full fat no carb one.
