In this video I discuss the difference between reaching a state of Ketosis and what a Ketogenic Diet is.

In my opinion, through my experimentation and research, I believe it is possible to deplete the carbohydrates from our system naturally by combining moderation, physical exercise and daily fasting.

I believe reaching a state of Ketosis in this fashion is a more optimal way to look at dieting and fat loss long term compared to a Ketogenic Diet.
