  1. For some reason, I imagined that the meals would be more heavy and meatier. This looks like a pretty manageable plan, actually. I don't follow the keto diet, but I eat similar meals to the ones you've shown here (plus some carbs). Have you and Tyler noticed any changes in terms of weight and energy levels?
