Anything you recommend would be greatly appreciated I trying to read all of the information and absorb just which there was a place that would have step by step as to how to do and where to get started!

  2. wow, good job! I´m a sugar addict and I tried this diet and for 2 days I´m fine then on the third day I crash because we always have sweets and junkfood at home and even if I don´t crave it I have to have it because Its all I can think about. I know its bad!
    Do you count carb on drinks like coffee and tea, I was told it has 1gram of carb for each cup.

  3. you are doing fantastic, should be very proud of your self. I been lowish carb to keto for 3 years. my weight does go up and down(up in winter, down in spring). but never anywhere near were I was. I guess I am very lazy keto. I never count anything! I guess I just know what not to eat now.

    you really looked happy and glowing in your video which make me happy that another person have found something that is working for them.

  4. Hi! Your transformation is amazing! I am approaching 1 month on keto and I've lost about 12 pounds so far. I've done quite a lot of research (my wife thinks I'm obsessed) which is probably true…haha! My goal with keto is not about weight loss so much as a means to possibly correcting some deeper health issues. My next goal is to get my wife to join me. She is quite overweight, and like most people she has tried a lot of diets, loses some weight, but eventually gains it all back because of the unsustainability. She freaks out a bit about how much fat I eat, but I've assured her she wouldn't have to drink bacon grease. I would, but that's me. I've shown her some of your videos here and just wanted you to know that I think it has done more for getting her to start than all of my crazy ranting. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

  5. I've been doing keto for 11 weeks. The first 7 doing a stupid low fat low carb now I'm doing higher fat low carb. Anyway I'm not losing the way I think I should be (not at all for two weeks) and I'm getting so discouraged. I was wondering if you have any resources that might help me, books, website, forum or whatever? In 11 weeks I'm I have lost 22 pounds, but nothing for 2 weeks and I still have 132 pounds to go. Thank you so much for your videos and for putting yourself out there.

    Just saw all your videos and they are great…I subscribed! I'm just starting on this journey I have read so much and have watched so many videos and have only subscribed to yours. It's slso hard to find women who are actually doing the ketogenic diet successfully and long term. I look forward to more of your videos and posts…thanks again….
