Personally I think the low t and estrogen dominance is the largest health crisis of the last twenty years; where in that period of time generational testosterone levels are down 25%. That's huge. I consider it daily. I notice that men act more like women now, and there's hardly any yin and yang to society. Men have a sort of pms and are very moody and emotional. And then they get prescribed HRT and fall further down the rabbit hole, being dependent on them for life. The simple truth is our ancestors didn't have such a wide availability of food at their disposal while seated. They actually spend their days on their feet hunting and their nights eating and finding shelter. And they ate a wide variety of vegetables/fruits and the entire animal, organ meat and all…. Not white-meat chicken nuggets with the vegetable being fries and ketchup daily with a glass of refined sugar.
